REFUND POLICY

• Items must be in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Certain items (e.g., intimate wear, clearance items) are non-returnable.

3. Refunds: Once returned items are inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing may take 3–5 business days.

4. Exchanges: Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.
